As I embark on my second year in this home business adventure, I am getting ready to make some much needed changes. My Etsy Shop has been in desperate need of a remodel for some time now, and the inventory is minimal at best. In order to bring in new customers, and hopefully the right customers to keep business going through the summer (ie: PHOTOGS!!), I will be working my fingers to the bone to create a new line of hats and accessories for newborn photography. This line will include hats, booties, diaper covers, and even a few other items that I'll keep to myself for now (hehe!). Each item will be made from soft organic cotton fiber to ensure the comfort of every little model. The colors palette for this line is based on a soft and yummy "Marshmallow" colored yarn from Knit Picks, and includes Dogwood Heather, Green Tea Heather, Wave Heather, and Camel Heather.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can convince a certain photographer to take some pictures of the new items before she leaves town at the end of the month! As much as I'd like to think the pictures I take are sufficient, I know that's not true. Especially when my customers say "it's so much cuter in person!" That's a good thing for my products, but quite a blow to my photos, lol!I'm not going to give you any spoiler pictures either, so you'll just have to wait an see the new items along with everyone else when I re-open my Etsy Shop on February 20th!
